RESPONSIBILITIES FOR:
– National Sales & Business Development Manager
– Store Managers
- Coordination of Stores (National Sales & Business Development Manager)
- Be an ambassador of the Brand and take ownership of the business
- Develop strategies for the company’s business expansion
- Develop strategies to maximize total company’s performance
- Develop strategies to maximize store performance
- Drive and produce strong sales results
- Drive team to achieve sales target
- Ensure the highest level of client service is delivered
- Provide market intelligence in relation to client needs
- Timely and accurate report generation and submission
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a luxury retail environment
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Extensive business and people management skills & world-class customer service skills.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR:
Store Associates
- Help customers to buy
- Attend to clients’ inquiries and complaints.
- Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion
- Advise customers on its availability
- Build positive and productive relationship with clients
- Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction
- Present and portray a positive image of the organization, its products and services to clients
- Give regular and timely updates on sales and stock level to the store manager
- Recommend potential products or services to the store manager based on customer’s feedback
REQUIREMENTS
- B Sc/ HND
- 2 Years minimum experience in similar role
- Ability to Listen to satisfy a client’s needs.
- Empathy. Knows how to feel what their customers feel.
