A fast growing retail fashion store with branches in Lagos is in urgent need of an Experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of their branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of operations to maximize sales, minimize cost and ensure good customer experience.
Location: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize the supermarket store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Supervise and guide staff towards performance to meet store target
Prepare and control store budget to minimize cost and maximize revenue
Ensure great customer service and experience at the store
Deal quickly with customers’ complaints to guarantee good customer experience, repeat business and great store reputation
Monitor the store and resolve any issue that may arise
Plan and oversee in-store merchandising, look and feel and promotional events or display
Keep abreast market trends to determine the need for improvement
Analyze sales and revenue report and make forecasts
REQUIREMENT
BSc in business administration or other related managerial fields
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a retail manager
Strong interpersonal & selling skills
Excellent customer service & rapport building skills
Good management and leadership skills
Good analytical skills
Have eye for details
