OVERVIEW
Sales Skills for Effective Results Training Program is designed to provide essential training in sales for frontline associates that will get them up to speed and ready deliver more sales even in the current challenging business environment, and more sales quickly.
The training provides participants both with fundamental knowledge of today’s business landscape, the nature and behaviours of today’s customers and how to successfully engage with them in order to maximize sales opportunities, profits and growth of the business.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES
At the end of the training, participants will:

- gain a better understanding of today’s customer and profile them better for sales engagement and results;
- build better rapport and qualify customers needs better;

- effectively use different sales closing methods in different customer situations for and guaranty more sales; and
- win more sales and repeat businesses.

CERTIFICATION
Sales Skills for Effective Results Training Program is a certification course for frontline employee. As such, participants will be issued certificates at the end of the training.
