OVERVIEW
Effective Communication Skills & Strategies Training Program is designed to help participants develop communication skills, and build rapport with colleagues and customers toward building a healthy workplace and business environment. It is a practical one-day training workshop focusing on effective communication and interpersonal skills for business. In addition, this business-orientated workshop is also helpful to those providing or selling a service to others, as well as people responsible for managing communication across teams and the organization.
This Training enables participants to communicate clearly and with impact, by improving their verbal and non-verbal communication style, as well as enhancing interpersonal skills. It covers effective communication strategies required to enhance understanding and verbal communication with others.
For participants, communicating effectively will be effortless going forward!

Everyone wishes to develop their interpersonal skills and build rapport with others in the workplace. It is very suited to sales and customer service personnel and teams.

At the end of the training, the participants will:

- understand how to build rapport and improve communication and relationship;.
- understand the different methods of communication and decide when each is most suitable;
- appreciate the role of body language and voice tone in effective communication; and
