Look at how many transactions (orders) you’ve had this week. In store and online.
Then multiply that number by 10% . That total number is how much more you could have made if you sold JUST 10% more to each person who made a purchase this week.
How much is it? Is it N500K, N1m, N5m or N10m? The higher the amount is, the more opportunity you must really adjust your selling efforts for better sell through of product!
This simple knowledge is what makes the difference between winning and loosing at Retail. Retail business insights makes a great difference in retail business management!!
