He is a regular conference speaker and commentator on retail issues in Nigeria. He consults, train and provide support to leading organizations in Nigeria.

He is a former COO at 3DIM, AGM and Regional Business Controller at Intercontinental Bank and Lecturer at Bendel State University. Joseph holds a B.Sc. Economics from Bendel State University graduating as the Best Graduating Student of the Department of Economics and the Best Graduating Student Faculty of Arts & Social. He also holds an M.Sc. Economics from the University of Lagos. He is an alumnus of LBS and has various certifications. He has attended various local and international training programs.
