Delegation Skills for Higher Productivity Workshop is designed to provide for Managers, Team Leads & Supervisors with a range of tools and templates for delegating tasks effectively to team members to higher productivity.
Delegation is a powerful tool for increasing your effectiveness and enhancing your team’s performance. It is an essential part of managing and developing a team – your team are never going to learn new skills properly unless they have the chance to practice them but, for a manager, delegating a task is not always straightforward. When used well, delegation is a key development tool for motivating and challenging team members.
The workshop will cover all the considerations that need to be made before, during and after a task has been delegated. It will look at the common pitfalls of delegation and what you can do to avoid falling into them, there will be examples of a number of common delegation scenarios to identify what’s going wrong and how things can be improved.
