A leading luxury retail organisation with head office in Lagos is seeking a high-caliber, commercially-minded Store Manager who has a thorough understanding of the luxury market and a key focus on team and client development.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of one of the biggest Luxury Brands and be part of a company that remains on top despite the state of the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be an ambassador of the Brand and take ownership of the business
• Be the main driver to achieve ambitious goals through your team
• Be strategically agile to drive strong sales results and ensure the highest level of client service is delivered
• Be responsible for providing market expertise in relation to client needs and developing strategies to maximize product performance
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a luxury retail environment
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Strong networking ability at the highest level possible
• extensive business and people management skills & world-class customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
