Effective Communication Skills & Strategies Workshop is designed to help participants develop communication skills, build rapport with colleagues and customers towards build healthy work place and business environment. It is a practical one-day training workshop focusing on effective communication and interpersonal skills for business. In addition, this business-orientated workshop is also helpful to those providing or selling a service to others, as well as people responsible for managing communication across teams and the organisation.

This workshop enable participants to communicate clearly and with impact, by improving their verbal and non-verbal communication style, as well as enhancing interpersonal skills. It covers effective communication strategies required to enhance understanding and verbal communication with others.
