Succession Planning Workshop for Family Businesses is designed to lead discussions on leadership transition and succession planning in businesses for forward-thinking business owners and leaders.
Passing the baton of leadership from one generation to the next is a test of leadership that involves blood and sweat. The future of every business depends on the successful transfer of ownership from one generation to the next, yet only very few have a documented plan of succession. An unsuccessful succession, oftentimes resulting from inadequate planning, can have disastrous consequences for both the business and the individuals or groups involved.
