Effective Performance Management Workshop is designed to teach participants how to plan, execute, review and improve performance by adopting a proactive approach to performance management. It will equip participants with a workable set of tools and a framework for managing performance that can be implemented for any individual, team or within any organisational environment.
This workshop has been specifically designed for managers who want a complete, practical and proven approach to the realities of performance management that will dramatically increase organisation’s chances of achieving a successful and desired outcome.
