OVERVIEW

Advanced Win-Win Negotiation Workshop is designed to help even seasoned negotiators develop the more advanced skills that can make the difference between getting what you want and settling for what the other side will give you.

In today’s competitive global economy, negotiations can involve intense, high-stakes interactions, revolve around complex issues, or affect multiple parties. When facing these more sophisticated situations, negotiators need higher-level skills and strategies.

This workshop will help participants to use recognised frameworks, increase self-awareness and develop new techniques to work though complex situations and challenging negotiation scenarios.

The workshop will help participants to move from a win-lose adversarial mindset to a collaborative yet practical beneficial win-win approach. Participants will learn how to handle difficult conversations in negotiations where there is a long-term relationship at stake.

Participants will be better positioned to negotiate constructively with customers and to carry out a negotiation that creates a ‘win-win’ outcome for all parties.
