Joseph through Bervidson collaborates with key international institutions like the United States Department of Agriculture – USDA/FAS, Commercial Service (CS) of the U.S. Consulate General Lagos, Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACC), Retail Association of Nigeria (RAN) and the National Association of Supermarket Operators of Nigeria (NASON) etc. to develop and facilitate programs.

He was a former COO of 3DIM, a marketing services, former AGM and Regional Business Controller at Intercontinental Bank Plc and former Lecturer at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Alli University).

Joseph holds a B.Sc. Economics from Bendel State University and a M.Sc. Economics from the University of Lagos. He was the “Best Graduating Student in the Department of Economics”, and “Best Graduating Student Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences” He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.

Joseph is a certified management development trainer, Centre for Management Development (CMD) – a member Nigeria Council of Management Development. He is also a certified member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CIPN).
